The Challenge

Field maintenance teams need clear route assignments, dependable visit tracking, and a simple way to log quality-control work without getting buried in admin overhead. The product needed to support daily plant service while keeping standards and follow-through visible.

The Approach

Bloom Steward focused on the mobile workflow technicians actually use: open today’s route, review the visit, complete a checklist, check in or out with optional location verification, add notes, and submit the work even when connectivity is unreliable. The system was backed by secure authentication and persisted data with PostgreSQL.
