The Challenge
Pull-tab operations involve venue context, box tracking, closeouts, and report generation. When those pieces live in memory or scattered tools, small errors become expensive and hard to audit.
The Approach
The product was shaped around the real workflow: choose a venue, scan pull-tab box UPCs, complete closeouts, auto-calculate totals, and generate reports that can be reviewed or emailed. The emphasis was on making each step obvious without overcomplicating the interface.
