The Challenge
Mobile works best in the middle of the action, but operators still need a larger interface for reviewing records, understanding summaries, and managing the broader workflow. The challenge was to extend the system without creating a separate product that felt disconnected.
The Approach
The desktop version was positioned as the administrative and review layer for the same Pull-Tab Valet workflow. That meant supporting deeper visibility into reports and records while staying consistent with the mobile app’s terminology and operational structure.
